The food was glorious, and the service was the most attentive I have ever experienced. The dishes look super artistic. It really is an unforgettable experience. The place is beautiful and elegant, and has an amazing view of Amsterdam. I do not know how this could get any better.

The service was impeccable and attentive. Food was reasonably nice. The outstanding dish was the first dessert named rice which gave us a nice surprise with taste and texture.

Beautiful views and warm service, but not the best food I’ve ever had, and definitely not at the price point. The presentation and attention to detail were absolutely 2 Michelin star level, no question. I liked the seafood dishes and the Wagyu, and a couple of the wines (the Riesling and the dessert wine) were standouts. But the venison and pigeon didn’t hit for me at all, and most of the wine pairings were just too dry for my palate. They handled a mix-up with one of the courses really well and even comped the Wagyu upgrade, which we appreciated. It’s clearly a fine-dining experience, but for me, it just didn’t fully live up to what I anticipated. Perhaps my personal taste palate just isn’t geared for Ciel Bleu.

There is a reason this place has 🌟🌟! Easily one of the best all around dining experiences I have had. Not rushed. Right pace. Food was amazing. Wines were paired with care. So much knowledge shared too. Was an experience, not a meal. Went for the caviar paired menu. From the butters to the wagyu that melted like butter. Lifetime experience.

An amazing experience in this 2 Michelin stars restaurant ! Service was impeccable and food was out of this planet! We took the 8 course menu with wine pairing. Our sommelier Dilaver was from Greece-Creta and he was very knowledgeable and friendly! The wine pairing was excellent with highlight the Riesling with the red mullet ! Thank you for making this dinning experience unforgettable 🥳🎉🫶
