By using Dealsrate, you agree to these terms. You may browse, search and use our guides for your own travel planning. Please don't scrape, copy or republish our content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Bookings & partners
Dealsrate does not sell accommodation. When you click “View deal,” you're handed off to an independent booking provider. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their terms. We are not a party to it and cannot amend, cancel or refund a booking on your behalf.
Prices & availability
Prices and availability shown on Dealsrate are approximate and indicative. They are refreshed periodically and may not reflect real-time rates. The binding price is the one confirmed by the provider at booking. We are not liable for differences between an approximate price shown here and the provider's final price.
Content & intellectual property
The text, design, guides and branding on Dealsrate are our property or used under licence. Hotel photographs are provided by, and remain the property of, our partners and the properties themselves. You may not reuse our content without permission.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep our guides accurate and useful, but we provide the site “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealsrate is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a booking made with a provider.
