A landmark live-music venue in a former church, with a calendar that makes it one of the city’s most dependable concert stops.

Paradiso is dangerously efficient. Watched Durand Jones & The Indications here and the acoustics were honestly insane. Everything sounded rich, clean, alive. No notes. Ticketing was seamless. Queue moved fast. Entry was smooth. No unnecessary stress before soul music. Merch booth on the left (conveniently placed to test your self-control). Lockers on the right (practical decisions were made). Beer available inside (priorities aligned). Three levels. I went third floor for the aerial view. Missed the chance to grab the setlist downstairs. Character-building moment. Great sound, great flow, zero chaos. Would absolutely risk my wallet here again.
Great venue. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good bar, reasonable prices and a great view from the balcony. Excellent atmosphere all round. Fantastic gig last night (Divine Comedy) and I'd happily go again. Trouble is, I live in the UK but I've done it once so I can do it again!
My favorite event venue. This is the only concert hall I go to now because the size is just right to see the artist and price is not too insane. Some of my best memories are made here There’s also lots of nostalgia as they used to host many parties here during events.
I have never had a more pleasant experience at a concert. Starting from the team answering emails that gave me the possibility to get access to merch the previous day during the first show, to the security making sure everybody got a picture with the artist outside the venue and giving out water during the concert. One guy in particular that you can see in the video attached, he was so great, he is an absolute gem. The concert was so enjoyable as they didn’t oversell ticket’s and you had room to breath even in a sold out show. The music was the perfect volume, without making you deaf even though I was right next to the speaker. It was such a great great experience and I will be back for sure. Thank you so much Paradiso
Cute historical theatre. Because of the history it's bound to be small. I do love the lockers and various seating arrangements. Clean bathrooms too. Though for the super sonic Jazz festival, it was really frustrating to have to migrate from different rooms every hour for different acts,,, especially since upstairs and downstairs (the basement) are so much smaller. The security had to close the doors too bc they went over capacity even before the acts would come on. Just do it all in the main room so we can all fit xx
