The difference between one and three Michelin stars is clear here. Having extensive experience in fine dining, I can say the teamwork at Cocina Hermanos Torres is exceptional. You feel fully immersed in a refined yet friendly and respectful atmosphere that never feels uptight. The open industrial kitchen concept is brilliant, and the chef personally welcoming us to his home was a wonderful touch. Every detail, from the glasswork to the lighting and the artistic composition of the high quality ingredients, was perfect. They are also incredibly flexible with allergies and dietary needs, making us feel welcome from the start. We paid around 750 euros for two people without alcohol. While it is an investment, it is worth it for such a memory. My only suggestion would be to offer a structured non alcoholic wine pairing or more options for those who only want a glass or two rather than a full bottle. We enjoyed a couple of nice kombuchas, but a curated pairing would elevate the experience for non drinkers. Bravo to the entire team. We will be back.

I had the pleasure of dining here in March 2025. A friend and fellow Foodie said this place was not to be missed and he was absolutely right. They truly deserve the 3 Michelin stars. My schedule and the restaurant’s availability did not allow for us to eat dinner so we made a lunch reservation. The team is truly 5 star. They really know how to receive, and transport you into there refined/industrial space. The restaurant is a large open space with the main kitchen right in the middle of the space. There are additional kitchens around the perimeter. The food was some of the best I have ever had. The pea dish was my absolute favourite. I would return to eat here in a heart beat, and will book as soon as I have future travel dates confirmed. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The service, atmosphere, food, wine, and private smoking room were all world class! If budget is no concern I cannot recommend this establishment more strongly!

I’ve eaten in many great places around the world, but my experience at Cocina Hermanos Torres was truly next level and almost impossible to put into words... The 16-course tasting menu was exceptional from start to finish: every single dish perfectly executed, surprising and full of (local Catalonian) character. One of the brothers even came by to shake my hand, which says a lot about the warmth and pride behind this place. The service is absolutely flawless: attentive, personal and genuinely caring. I was seated close to the kitchen and watching the team work felt like witnessing pure craftsmanship in motion. What happens there is not just cooking... it’s art! Every Michelin star is more than deserved. Every euro well spent. “Highly recommended” doesn’t even come close. Every bite was pure happiness.

We had a lovely experience at Cocina Hermanos Torres. The service was outstanding, from carefully explaining the concept of each dish to being attentive to every detail we needed. We loved all dishes, I would only say some of the dessert weren’t the best but because the savoury dishes were simply outstanding. I would 100% recommend this place for celebrations and special occasions.

I think what really makes this place stand out is the service and experience. I loved my time here and I am giving it the 5 stars but there a few notes to share. As far as 3 Michelin Stars goes, for the food itself, it could have been better. This is only because of the level and standard they command. Everything was done perfectly and everything was fantastic, but for their level it is supposed to truly blow you away and change your perspective on food, in that regard it falls a bit short. There wasn't too much innovation or flavors that really are unforgettable. Presentation was also classic and very elegant. Each dish was very pleasing to look at. Their service was top notch. Very knowledgeable staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy what they did and were excited to share their perspectives and knowledge through your dining experience. The wine pairing was also very complimentary, some very unique compliments that I thoroughly enjoyed.
