Thank you Els Pascadors! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Barcelona culinary gem, consistently five-star in every way! Els Pescadors is hands down one of the best fine dining seafood restaurants in Barcelona. We’ve been coming here since 2016, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The cuisine is rooted in authentic Catalan tradition and always seasonal, from vibrant wild mushrooms to beautifully prepared fideuà bursting with fresh seafood. The wine list is exceptional too; our Pedra de Guix from Priorat paired perfectly with the meal. Service is warm, attentive, and professional, and the setting in the quiet, sunlit Plaça Prim makes every visit feel special. Els Pescadors continues to deliver exceptional food, hospitality, and atmosphere year after year.

We ate here 2 nights in a row since it was across the street from our rental. We enjoyed dining here. Ambiance: Almost like a scene from a movie! Place was located right inside a square with a giant tree, benches and an artist who is painting or a musician playing an accordion depending on the night. Make sure to sit outside during summer. Food: If you love seafood this is the place. They bring out a trolley full of catch of the day and you make your selection. Must have from the menu was fried anchovy bones, grilled sea cucumbers with Iberian pork. Dessert was mediocre. Service: Professional and friendly. Great wine recommendations from the sommelier. Price: On the higher side. We ordered John Dory which was 51.10 euro but the portion turned out disappointingly small considering the size. The restaurant has one sun (sol) from Guía Repsol - Spanish gastronomy guide similar to Michelin guide - which could indicate the high price.

Excellent Catalan seafood, well cooked and friendly staff who explain everything well. Great for a special meal out (note, good seafood is expensive, if you are not up for that, eat pizza).

I booked their private dining space for a dinner for 20 people. Everyone I engaged with throughout both the booking/arrangement process and on the night itself was so kind, helpful, and friendly! They were very accommodating to all the dietary needs of the group, and the food options were great. The menu was fixed, but there were a number of snacks and starters to share, and a varied list of main course options for people to choose from. The location is so quaint and serene, in a quiet little square away from the main and busy roads. I hope to be back again sometime!

Daniel and his team provided an outstanding culinary experience. This resto was recommended by our Catalan friends who live in Barcelona. Being Mainers and appreciative of fresh seafood, we were excited to hear this recommendation from locals who know the scene. With five to seven people in the kitchen and several servers, we got caring and thoughtful attention as we consulted the menu and received their recommendations. The recommended oaked white wine wine was excellent; 99% of their wine is Catalonian. The grouper and sole were both perfectly cooked and sole deboned tableside. The resto was not crowded on a Friday night but we had made reservations. It is crowded on Most weekend nights I am told. The atmosphere includes a grandfather clock chiming the hours, and no pretentious music (no music at all) and it felt very comfortable and authentic to this baby boomer on his second trip to Barcelona. The flan with caramel did the trick for desert. A memorable evening.
