The red wine by the glass was the worst I’ve had anywhere in my month in BA. I couldn’t even drink more than 15 mL of it before giving up on it. But the rest of the show experience was good. The venue is not touristy: it was filled with locals on a Friday night, ready to listen to some live tango music. Tickets were available at the door. Doors opened at 20:00 for a 21:00 show, and there were still a few four-person tables available when we arrived at half past 20:00. There’s a huge disco ball overhead, which added to the experience.

It was our time here and it was awesome. The way they played the music was like they were the incarnations of ordinary Argentinos accusing the injustice and unfair of this society. Great experience, indeed.

Amazing vibe. Such a great experience! I hear the house band is fantastic - we were unable to see them, but we took a chance with another band and had a blast. The bar is pretty cheap too. Take cash though - no cards accepted!
