The building and interior exposition spaces are for me even more interesting than the art works on display. Worth a visit though.

Very interesting mix of 19th-21st C art, good explanations of development.

Hosted in a nice modern building the art collection is centered on Argentinian artists ( mostly painters) from the XX th century. Mixed quality and interest - except for experts- with some nice paintings but also weird ones.

The permanent collection is quite eclectic. Saw wonderful pieces that I didn’t expect by Turner and Chagall. There’s also a great survey of Argentinian art and challenging pieces of modern art that will make you smile.

Sophisticated. Impressive large space. One or two or three works from a number of great Argentine artists. Blanes. Della Valle. Ripamont. Berni. Excellent illumination.
