Wonderful experience: everyone arrive at the same time, wait in the small salon with nice cocktails or wine, then seated to the counter, facing the Chef and team, and it all starts. Every dish is presented, but also accompanied with drawings, poems, comics, done by the Chef. Taste is king here, but dressing isn't left out either. Strongly recommend, it's not just cuisine, it's an experience.

Not what I expected Food: This was definitely an interesting food journey and I always recommend to go form your own opinion. As in the tasting menu you get a long series of dishes. It was like 3 hours, I was really tired waiting when it will end. Some dishes were truly delicious, some of them were inedible for me. More of the taste experience than actual food. Also a variety of ingredients was not that big, lots of fish/sea stuff. We also took non alcoholic drinks menu - I barely drank one of the drinks. They are definitely an event, a lot tasted like perfume or chemical. Service: Now, some month after the visit the main thing I remember is that place which charged us 150 for tasting menu per person and 60 for drink (maybe not exactly right but close to prices) charged us additionally for every bottle of water we asked for. And those were like 0.5 own restaurant water. Service itself is nothing special to be honest. I did not feel any attention. I had to ask for some things twice. Atmosphere: beautiful. I really enjoyed the scenario of the evening. Don't want to spoiler. The place itself is beautiful as well.

The best experience I've had so far. Great ambiance, unique setup, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious. The food was amazing! Many small dishes, so you can taste everything this chef and his team have to offer. They even offer a written description of each course, which you can take home in the end to remember the evening in more detail! We had the mixed-drink menu, combining wines and non-alcoholic drinks, which was a new and very welcome addition to the food. Would definitely come back if I will ever be back in Buenos Aires.

Trescha has all the makings of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The entire dining experience was thoughtfully designed from start to finish. Each course was a creative, artistic, and flavorful masterpiece. Watching the chefs prepare dishes in front of the guests felt like witnessing culinary mad scientists at work — truly a show in itself. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff who enhanced the overall experience. A memorable meal through and through.

Our Buenos Aires trip ended here. Thank you to Whatsapp for saving the day. It really is the universal way to communicate outside the US. We had a mishap with the uber pickup - our driver was a block over. Seeing as people were getting out of work, it was chaotic. All this to say, we ended up being late. I was able to direct message them via WhatsApp. They were very understanding. You have to buzz in and announce yourself in order to enter. I was all the way down for their measure of security. I noticed the rest of the diners (dinner group 1) were already eating. We caught up as soon as we cleaned our hands with the towels they provided. I didn’t drink much this trip so we both opted to get a cocktail instead of doing the wine pairing. The food was amazing. 10/10. No notes They did a great job explaining every dish as soon as the plate was dropped off. There was also a card placed in front of you describing every course. It was such a nice touch. I don’t know how many courses that degustation ended up being, but holy moly I was full full. Every dish was so good. On to my favorites: One of the starters was a cabbage gazpacho that was so refreshing it opened my palate at the right time. I slurped that bottom like no one was watching. That bread made me wish they gave us more The prawn got me wanting another piece Hands down the favorite for both of us was the udon. That peanut soup was wow. I have to mention how original each dish was. As someone who always opts for menu tastings wherever I travel, I’ve noticed a lack of originality. They all tend to serve similar dishes. Here, I felt like a lot of thought was put into each creation. Makes me want to come back to BA just to see what different dishes the team comes with during a different season. I thought it was a nice touch that they move the whole party to the bar/entrance to give way to the second group. That’s where we were served the dessert portion. It was a lot. I think I was only able to take a bite of each. The service was perfection. They really made sure each party was attended to. Even a simple trek to the bathroom facility ended up being a guided walk. Someone was kind enough to lead the way for me. We got lucky being surrounded by friendly tourists. The couple sitting next to us were a retired fun duo from England and the two next to them was a mother/daughter enjoying a wine session. You didn’t ask, but you should make tipping a mandatory thing. Make it 20%. That’s just me. Thank you chef for signing our menu.
