This is a great little (~500) concert venue, I saw Skinny Lister there and the place was buzzing. One complaint though - WHY THE HELL IS THE ONLY TOILET IN THE BACK LEFT CORNER!!! Having to fight through the crowd to get to the toilet pisses them off and me and therefore reduces bar takings!
I went with friends, with tickets bought weeks in advance and on time, but the security guard wouldn't let us in. He literally told us no because he "didn't want to." A total disaster. We asked for an explanation, and he treated us extremely badly and laughed in our faces.
the club was alright, but I heard they threw out the band after the concert for no reason, which sucks
I was here for the Pioneers of Hip-Hop yesterday. It was really cool. The club itself is ok, small and nothing special. The sound quality is rather quiet, but enough for the size of the room. Hip-Hop Don't Stop!
I was here for a concert, not sold out. The venue is really small and was very full of people. Combined with the stage being very low to the ground, I think a lot of people did not have a good view of the band at all. Along with there being only one exit, it did not feel very safe. Ventilation in the room is not good either, it was immediately very warm despite the cold weather. However, they did hand out some free water to the crowd, so that was nice, and the concert was amazing.
