Overall great meat and experience. The place is nice, comfortable, and staff is quite amicable. Prices have been steadily rising for several years now. I'm not sure it's the great value for money it once was considering other options nearby. (hence the 4 stars only)
Altaho Real was a great find on our last night in Lisbon. The food was excellent, and if we had more time in the city, we definitely would have come back again. Everything we tried felt well thought out and full of flavor. The service was okay, very respectful and friendly, and the staff were honest and clear about the waiting time, which we appreciated. Nothing particularly memorable, but solid and professional. The atmosphere really stood out: very cozy and intimate, with a vibe that feels perfect for a date night, leaning slightly toward the higher end of Lisbon’s dining scene. Overall, a lovely place to end our trip and one we’d happily revisit.
On arrival you can look at the different cuts of meat & select what you want. We ordered two Ribeye & two lamb chops which were outstanding. Each came with 2 sides, the dauphinoise potato was our favourite along with the salad. Our waiter recommended my wine & I was not disappointed! This is our new favourite steak restaurant especially as you can also choose & purchase the meat to take home as they are also a butcher. I highly recommend ❤️

Meeting at the biggest tech festival Web Summit, stopping by your stand every day, and ending it all with an unforgettable visit to your restaurant made the whole trip special. Fantastic steaks!! Rui our server went above and beyond giving us information on the different types of steaks and his recommendations. Highly recommend! And the whiskey sour was delicious!
