In understand there are few bad reviews but my experience was good The service was quick Taste was fine as well The place and view is lovely as yoi would expect The only advice I would give is that the staff needs to remember that tourists expect them to be more friendly and more engaging which was not the case here The behaviour of staff was more of "fulfilling the duty" rather than being friendly The restaurant has got lots of competition and if they want to succeed, they definitely need to work on staff s attitude Don't take me wrong, they weren't rude or anything but they were not very friendly Tourists from UK, USA , Canada, Australia etc expect staff to be more friendly Hope owner will look into this Overall experience was good

Had a nice lunch here on a whim. The food is presented very prettily and tastes good. Service was struggling a bit but wasn't the worst I've had in these parts. My bowl of little fried calamari was crispy and tasty, and my wife said it was her best coin sandwich ever.

This experience was completely ruined by the owner (or manager), who is rude, arrogant, poorly mannered, and full of himself. His behavior was unacceptable, disrespectful, and frankly shocking for someone running a restaurant. Because of him alone, this is a place to avoid at all costs. This is even more unfortunate because the staff is absolutely wonderful: extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. They clearly do not deserve to work under such a person, who single-handedly drags the entire establishment down. I strongly recommend staying away from this restaurant as long as this person is in charge

I absolutely loved the octopus salad. The cilantro and the olive oil sauce! The texture of the octopus ... Amazing. There were 7 of us and nobody else has enjoyed their meals. The service was very poor in that they forgot our drink, forgot an order of fries, brought our meals out late and service took too long. My 7 year old daughter got spaghetti, but there was no tomato sauce and they charged us extra for a bit of cheese which usually comes free. 4 of us ordered the salted cod (bacalau) and we were not impressed by the amount of bones! The fish was nice and meaty but it was not salty - wasn't a very good taste for the price! Sardine Bruschetta wasn't really what we were expecting - and there were big unchewable fish scales on the sardines. Caesar salad was good, fish soup was awesome. I'd recommend going somewhere else BUT if you are a foodie you have to try their octopus salad.
