I was apprehensive going early but arriving 45 min before opening to get your name on the waitlist was the right decision. We were 3rd (after a party of 4 and 1) so after those with reservations had been sat, we ate at 8.30. The party of 4 didn’t sit till at least 9.30 after us so being a party of 2 is recommended to get in faster. This being said, the food was INCREDIBLE, executed so well and with such unique and tasty flavours. The service is so good too, the guys are really knowledgeable and nice even though they spend the night turning people away who don’t bother to come early to get on the waitlist. We got the pork pastry, beef cheek sando, orange squid, and piri chicken. The desserts were also really unique. I have eaten at many places and have high standards but this restaurant really does come high up on my list and was well worth the 2 hour wait!

LOVED this place! And I don’t usually say that. We came there around 21-22 and hadn’t made any reservations. Waited for approximately an hour but could order drinks and sit down outside while we waited. Staff was lovely! So attentive and personal, we immediately felt like part of the group. Not a very much to chose from regarding both food and drinks, though there was no need. We tried the bread with shrimp sauce, tuna, spicy chicken and cod-fish. Tasted amazing! Bursting with flavour, new and interesting combinations, fresh fish and bread straight out of the oven. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This place is 100% worth the wait. I read all the reviews online and yes, if you do not have a reservation, definitely get there early to get on the waitlist. Not everyone can get on the waitlist either. After a certain point they will tell everyone the waitlist is full. I got there an hour early before the restaurant opened to wait and another couple were already waiting before me. In total I waited around 3 hours before we got seated. If you are willing to wait for the food, it is definitely worth it. The people, ambiance and the food make the experience so enjoyable. I got to try a bunch on the menu and highly recommend the chicken heart, beef cheek sando and the bread with shrimp sauce. Everything is so unique, rich and thoughtful. Would highly recommend everyone go try if you have the time to wait when in Lisbon.

Excellent food! We ordered empanadas, samosas, grilled pork, and rice—everything was incredibly flavorful and unique. The staff were also very kind and welcoming (thank you for the complimentary shots!). We tried several restaurants in Lisbon, and this was by far the best, especially considering the price range, we paid a great price for such quality food. I would come back anytime.

Everything is wonderful, amazing. At first I only ordered pork and squid, but the sauce was so delicious then I ordered an additional bread. Atmosphere is also very good, lively, and the staffs are friendly and kind. MUST go! Since It's always very crowded, better to make a reservation or go before the opens.
