Cool bar, dropped in as a sort of last minute idea for some drinks, service, music and drinks were all 10/10. Staff are good, drinks were all great, not a single issue with them. Terrace section that can oversee the city gets crowded quite quick so try get a spot out there because it can fill up fast. Recommend the whiskey sour, and their IPA on tap on the terrace.
If you’re anywhere near Topo in Martim Moniz and don’t stop by the bar, you’re missing the main event. Conan isn’t just a bartender—he runs that bar with precision, energy, and zero wasted movement. Every drink is on point. No shortcuts, no inconsistency—just clean execution and serious attention to detail. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s serving, and that alone puts him ahead of most places. Whether it’s a classic or something off-menu, he delivers with confidence and style. What really sets him apart is the presence. Sharp, focused, but still welcoming. He reads the room instantly and adjusts—whether you want a quick drink or a full experience, he meets you exactly where you are. Topo already has one of the best views in Lisbon. Add Conan behind the bar, and now you’ve got a reason to stay longer than planned. Simple: if you value quality, consistency, and real professionalism, you sit at his bar.
Lovely roof top bar with great views of the city and castle. Very nice cocktails. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.
Decent rooftop in a great location, overlooking the square. Indoor lounge on one side, arcade in the middle, terrace on the other.
Popped up to this rooftop bar for a few cocktails and some light bites and had a lovely time. We took the stairs at first, only to realise they stop at the 4th floor, best to take the lift straight to the 6th from the start! The staff were brilliant, really friendly and knew their stuff when it came to cocktails, which were absolutely delicious. There were vintage games which the family enjoyed, all free of charge, which was a great little bonus. You can run a tab if you’re in the restaurant, but on the rooftop it’s pay-as-you-go, which suited us just fine. It’s a cracking spot for afternoon drinks with great views. I imagine it’s even better in the evening. Would definitely recommend for casual drinks and nibbles in a lovely setting.
