I went to watch a live gig in the theatre space (Maybeshewill). The layout of the venue is good, there's a nice bar downstairs, with plenty of seating and a smoking area. There was no queue for toilets or drinks and the toilets were clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The sound system is amazing, best sound quality I've heard for a long time. I'd recommend making use of the cushions for the theatre seats, and be prepared for some strong air con! It would have been good to have some signs or menus up with drink options and prices as it was a bit hard to tell what was available. I'd definitely come here again!

A fantastic venue for performing arts! The 2nd time I have been here and I love it. The facilities are great and the staff are welcoming. I like the seated aspect of the main space. Everyone takes their own little space to enjoy what’s on. (Cushions available for sore bums) The bars were well stocked and sold actual brands. (Other venues, not naming names) The toilets were clean and tidy.

Went to see Joan As Police Woman. Great concert and attractive venue. Art deco cinema with seats removed and audience sitting on tiered banks - good views of stage. Only issue was the sound quality. Big speakers above stage seemed muffled in the higher range - vocals were rather lost.

Lovely venue, lovely staff. Easy to setup our stand due to the back entrance. We had a great time. I'll definitely be back soon.

Very cool venue. Drinks not too expensive. Wicked old theatre building. I like the galleried seating, though it's in need of a bigger dance area.
