If you’re going to do dinner in Baltaire, just know you’re not just eating — you’re entering your main character era. From the moment you walk in, it’s giving luxury steakhouse but make it fashion. The lighting is low, the vibes are high, and everyone looks like they either closed a deal or are about to. The steaks? Cooked like they have a personal trainer and a life coach. Perfect sear, juicy center, zero drama. The sides are not side characters — they demand screen time. And let’s be clear: if you skip the caviar service, who even are you? Because his amazing caviar was buttery, briny, and absolutely living its best life. I considered ordering it a seat at the table. Service was smooth, confident, and just attentive enough to make you feel important without hovering like a helicopter parent. Overall rating: 10/10. Would absolutely return to spend money I don’t have and pretend I summer in the South of France. 💅🥩✨
So first time for brunch here and the last one! It’s fine, nothing interesting and extraordinary, but there is nothing like it in LA, so we came to check it out. Amazing Bloody Mary cart!!! Delicious cinnamon roll - order with your server upon arrival, steak was great, the rest was good. Even it’s $89 per person, Bloody Mary service, champagne service & cinnamon roll are not included. We spent $509 for 2 people (service 20% included). DJ wasn’t creating any vibe at the place, was really boring. Was or worth it - strong no.
This place is a revelation. The service is better than any of those other chain restaurants. The steak is so incredibly tender and full of flavor. I would take a few sips of water and like magicians the wait staff would make sure my water was topped off at all times. As soon as my empty coke bottle hit the table it was gone. After appetizers they came cleaned the table, reset the covers, and it was picture perfect like when we arrived. This place deserves every single praise it gets. Definitely will come back. (Even if it’s expensive)
Really enjoyed the entire Baltaire brunch experience! It's a beautiful restaurant. Service was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. It's definitely a must try at least once kind of place, then it's either your jam or not. I'd be happy to go back anytime. In terms of the food, it seemed endless so come very, very hungry or call this your one meal for the day. Really enjoyed all the shareable appetizers. Favorites were the gravlax and mediterranean mezze. All were decent. There were a ton of options for the main brunch dish. We went with the carne asada chilaquiles (delicious) and the prime filet benedict (miss). The prime filet was not good, but eggs were done well. Cinnamon roll prepared tableside was fun, but it was a bit dry. Virgin Mary was good and they will prepare it tableside too via their amazing cart if you just ask.
Well, this ol’ redneck decided to class it up for brunch, and let me tell you, I’ve never felt fancier or fuller. Started things off with the eggs and filet, and good grief, that steak was so tender it practically apologized for being cut. Eggs were cooked just right; fluffy, buttery, and makin’ me question every diner breakfast I’ve ever had. Then came the cinnamon roll, and buddy, that thing was spiritual. Soft, warm, and big enough to qualify as a commitment. I told myself I’d just take one bite… and next thing I knew, I was halfway to confessin’. And don’t even get me started on the Virgin Bloody Mary— that was a religious experience. I don’t know what kind of holy tomato magic they put in there, but I swear I saw a light. The atmosphere’s classy but welcoming, like if Nashville and heaven had a brunch baby. Sure, I stuck out a bit in my UT shirt and dad shorts, but good food’ll make you belong anywhere. 5 stars. Worth every bite, every stare, and every sip of salvation.
