I came here in the evening, around 9 or 10 PM, and I was honestly really hungry. Luckily, I stopped by this place, and the guys gave me my food right after I paid for my order. I guess I got lucky — maybe someone didn’t pick up their order, or maybe my order was just ready super fast because this place sells food like hotcakes. Overall, it was great. There were a lot of people and a line, which usually means the place is popular. I paid around $17 and had a decent meal. Also, I liked that they don’t have those annoying people who make you pay before you even understand what you’re ordering. Overall, cool little spot. Solid 4 stars, and I recommend it.
If you want a rotisserie style chicken that is juicy and flavorful without being too spicy, and good value for money, Dino’s chicken does not disappoint. The 1/2 chicken with fries tortillas and coleslaw is less than 20 bucks. It’s a no frills atmosphere with tables on the inside and some outside overlooking the street traffic. The parking is a bit tight but if you circle around enough times, you might get lucky. Next time we will order the fries and the sauce on the side as they serve the chicken on top of the fries. The place does not disappoint and this place is a “keeper” on my list.
I drove 40 minutes to the original Dino stop. I ordered the original chicken with fries, a hamburger and original chicken with salad. This is the second time I order from here and the chicken salad plate is a slap in the face. Especially because I drove far just for me to be given this. I get home and open my plate with the chicken practically in soup. The first time I ordered it, it was a full bed of salad. If I knew I was going to get this, I should I’ve just gone to Costco and bought myself a whole chicken for a quarter of the price.
At first glance, this place is pretty no-frills, with simple seating and a laid-back setup, but the food is what really shines. For about $15, you get an incredibly generous portion that makes it impossible to leave hungry. The signature chicken with fries and sauce is a must-try, offering a bold, one-of-a-kind flavor you don’t come across often. The chicken plates are hearty, satisfying, and an excellent value for the quality you get. Service is solid and welcoming, and the overall experience makes it a spot worth returning to again and again.
I didn’t know what to expect when coming here, but I’m sure glad that I did! I ordered a half chicken with rice and beans, which also came with complimentary coleslaw and corn tortillas. The rice and beans were absolutely incredible! They were obviously slow-cooked and have been perfecting the recipe for years. The chicken was great, too, and I’m impressed it was juicy and tender when being cooked in such huge batches. Even the coleslaw was great! Dino’s might not look like that much from the outside, and they only have basic hard-back booths and bar seats, but the food is so good I’d eat it sitting on the sidewalk. It was also only about $15 for a massive portion of food. I definitely want to come back here to try other items in the future.
