My favorite Tijuana style tacos out of all of LA! Savory and smoked coal-grilled meat wrapped in fresh hand-made tortillas. The line can get long sometimes but these authentic tacos are worth the wait!

I had an amazing experience at Tire Shop Taqueria. The tacos were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. The team was attentive and helpful throughout.

Tortillas are handmade after you order, the folks handling orders are kind and warm while being very efficient. Meats are well-seasoned; I like the chicken most, chorizo second. There's a decently sized seating area so you can enjoy the freshly made food immediately on-site. Legitimately one of the best, though they're quite well known now and prices seem to have risen a bit.

Definitely returning for the tacos whenever I'm in the area. Got the chorizo, chicken, and carne asada. All were an absolute hit. They did need more of a punch like some lime juice or vinegar-based hot sauce to elevate the flavors, but wow the tortilla, which they make right in front of you fresh, and the meats are awesome. Highly recommend all three meats. Ordering was easy and fast. They take card and cash. For three tacos, I paid $8.50 out the door. Covered seating right next to the prep area. Parking is street parking, so may be tricky to find, but I got a spot just around the corner in no time. Coming back to try more of their menu items!

Disappointed! I keep seeing videos of this place and it looks good so my hopes were high. Unfortunately they were dashed quite quickly after taking my first bite. Zero flavor! Very surprising since everything is made fresh right in front of you. I wanted to like this place, but I have to admit... this might be the worst road side taco stand I've been to.
