We chose Bazaar Meat as the one restaurant to visit before leaving Las Vegas, and it did not disappoint. The experience was amazing. We sat at the bar and decided to order a variety of dishes from the menu instead of choosing one of the tasting menus. Every dish was outstanding. The bartenders were knowledgeable about the menu and made sure our selections worked around my allergy, which we really appreciated. They were friendly and kept up an enjoyable conversation throughout our dinner. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and from where we were seated, the noise level was comfortable and made it easy to carry on a conversation. I highly recommend having dinner here.
Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas was an absolutely incredible dining experience from start to finish. The ambiance and atmosphere were amazing — elegant, lively, and truly unique, making it feel like a special occasion the moment you walk in. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, and offered excellent recommendations that made the meal even better. The tableside service throughout the meal was a true highlight and made the experience feel interactive and special. They also treated us extremely well when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, which made the night even more memorable. The classic beef tartare was outstanding and prepared tableside, which made it even more impressive. It was perfectly seasoned, and the bread it came with was unbelievably soft and the perfect pairing. The Caesar salad, also prepared tableside, was delicious — the ham croutons were a standout and added incredible flavor and texture. The smoked oysters had such a unique flavor and were beautifully presented. The ham melted in your mouth and was absolutely worth trying. And the wagyu was the highlight of the meal — incredibly rich, tender, and it truly melted in your mouth. We finished with a dessert prepared tableside that was boozy, salty, sweet, and creamy all at once — the perfect way to end the meal. I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants, and this was by far the best overall dining experience I’ve ever had. Between the atmosphere, the exceptional service, the tableside preparations, and the incredible food, Bazaar Meat completely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal in Las Vegas.
Came here for my birthday and i must say that it’s one that I won’t never forget. The food here is delicious. One of the best steaks I’ve had. The drinks were on point and the table side dessert is phenomenal! Highly recommended !❤️
What an incredible meal! The Ultimate Tasting Menu was definitely the right choice for our first visit, but we’re excited to try the rest of the menu on our future visits. Food is perfectly cooked and a lot of the dishes are thought-provoking, but you don’t have to be super adventurous to enjoy this meal. Ambience is casual but can also be dressy, choose your own adventure! We went dressed down and it was perfectly fine. But their bar area is really nice so dressing up would fit right in too! The entire team was amazing! We set in front of the chefs counter and I’ve never seen a group of chefs that seem like they truly enjoy their jobs, they were having so much fun! And the wait team was superb, our waters were always filled and plates quickly cleared, so attentive. We had the pleasure of Abu who was just so welcoming and friendly and really elevated our experience. If you like fine dining or just want a taste of Spain, then this a must-go when you’re in Vegas!
Adding this one to my list of favourite go to places for a great meal in Vegas. This steakhouse sets itself apart because 1) it’s of Spanish influence and 2) the variety, presentation and quality of its drinks/dishes will surprise and delight you. I started with a salt air margarita where the salt is introduced in to the drink. It was refreshing, pretty with a nice head foam and bursting with a new twist of a margarita flavor 10/10. I followed up with a foggy hill spritz where the drink is literally smoked before you when served 10/10. For food, I had the smoked apple raw oysters; the dense infusion of applewood smoke in ice cold plump oysters with apple mignonette was such a great starter 10/10, I also tried the famous Jose taco which Iberico with caviar served on crisp nori; this one biter introduces a fusion saltiness from the sea and the land; an instant hit 10/10 ( I should have ordered 2 more), and lastly I had the A5 Wagyu Philly cheesesteak; an interesting presentation where roast Wagyu beef slices are layered on a mini baguette looking bread. While it looks predictable, when you bite into it, the bread is actually an airbread which is hollow and is filled with hot melted cheese: what an interesting technique where you get warm cheese on your tongue and roast A5 flavours on your top palate, then mix of flavours happen in your mouth wow! 10/10. For entree, I did a sliced tenderloin complimented with foie gras and served with a périgordine sauce. A brown sauce made with truffles and reduced together with foie gras. The dish was sinfully delicious 10/10. Must visit - be amazed!
