This park is absolutely beautiful and well worth the entrance fee. It offers access to several stunning beaches with clear, refreshing water and scenic views throughout the area. The park also features a restaurant, making it convenient to grab a meal while enjoying your visit. One of the highlights is the historic lighthouse, which includes exhibits that share important history about the arrival of enslaved people in Florida during the 1800s. Overall, it’s a wonderful destination that combines natural beauty, relaxation, and meaningful historical significance.

Cape Florida Lighthouse was one of the most beautiful parks we've experienced! We spent a good part of the day exploring the area and this beautiful park. The staff was exceptional and very knowledgeable, more than willing to talk about the history of the lighthouse and it's surroundings. the parking area was busy, but still not a problem. I was impressed with how well everything throughout the park was maintained. It was very clean. The views from the top of the lighthouse, and from the trails (of the Miami skyline, ocean and beautiful landscapes.) were just spectacular! Being from Michigan, it was a special bonus to see all of the wildlife in the area, we saw so many iguanas, some the size of small dogs! and several species of birds everywhere! A wonderful travel experience for my wife and I to enjoy. Keep up the great work Cape Florida Lighthouse Team!
