I've been attending Floyd since the day it opened, and after all these years, it remains my absolute favorite spot in Miami. Tucked away alongside Club Space, this smaller venue is proof that bigger isn't better—it's about quality, atmosphere, and soul. Let me start with the sound system. It's nothing short of amazing. Whether they're spinning deep house, breakbeats, or classic jams, every track hits perfectly. The room is thoughtfully designed without an excessive number of tables or an overwhelming capacity. You can actually breathe, move, and genuinely get lost in the music. It's the perfect environment to just relax, vibe out, and enjoy a phenomenal night out. From the moment you walk through the door, the hospitality is top-tier. The door staff alone sets Floyd apart. The legendary Alan T and Natalie are eccentric, hilarious, and incredibly entertaining which produce a great startoff to the night. Once inside, table service is handled by the wonderful Tatiana, who is attentive, professional, and ensures every detail is taken care of. On a recent night when Carl Craig himself was performing, we were enjoying our VIP table when the manager, Natalie came by to personally check on us. She asked how my group was doing, genuinely wanted to know if we were satisfied with the night, and engaged in amazing conversation. That kind of personal attention from management is rare and her positive energy added to the vibe. Floyd is also the ultimate pregame spot (and definitely beyond many other nightclubs) before heading into afterhours at Club Space. It sets the perfect mood with incredible music, a relaxed yet energetic vibe, and staff who genuinely care about your experience. If you love quality sound, an intimate setting, and five-star treatment from a team that truly loves what they do, do not miss Floyd. It's Miami magic at its finest.

The thunderpony party is like the best, the girl in the back teaches you how to play the game and music is so good. The server tati is great, always so sweet I don't understand these other reviews, y'all act you never been to a club. Here's my mom in the pics, loved the party so much had to bring her. Check out the Friends of Misty party too. Floyd has a bunch on their agenda, super cool stuff all the time.

The gem of Floyd! Not everyday day do you get meet one of these most amazing, welcoming people Miamis nightlife has to offer. Being able to see and talk to Allen before going into Floyd is top 2 of my favorite things when I go into Floyd. If you’re looking for a real Miami nightlife experience without all the extra, Floyd is that spot!! 🫶🏽🪩 The cocktails are good.-not just your typical club drinks. You can tell there’s real thought put into them, which makes a difference. The sound system is on point every single time! & it really sets the tone and pulls you into the music. What I love most is the vibe. It’s more intimate and low-key compared to bigger clubs, but that’s what makes it special. The crowd is there for the music, not just the scene, so it feels more genuine and less forced. The staff and overall hospitality have always been solid too. They’re friendly, attentive, and you actually feel taken care of while you’re there. And Alan T @ the door? He’s a whole experience on his own!! The first face you see walking into Floyd, and his energy sets the tone instantly. You never know what kind of greeting you’re about to get—but you can guarantee you’re walking in laughing with a smile already planted on your face. THANK YOU!! The music is the main focus here—usually house and electronic—and the DJs are actually good, not just there for hype. The crowd is more low-key and into the music, not just taking pictures, which I appreciated. It can get packed, but that kind of adds to the energy instead of ruining it. If you’re looking for a wild, over-the-top party, this might not be your place. But if you want a cool atmosphere, good music, and a more underground feel, Floyd is definitely worth checking out.
