We had a really nice dinner at CVI.CHE 105 Downtown. The food and drinks were good, but I especially want to mention our server, Yamile. She was so kind and welcoming from the beginning, and she made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She checked on us without rushing us and had a very friendly attitude. Her service made the experience feel much more enjoyable. Thank you, Yamile!

I have been to CVI.CHE 105 multiple times, and let me tell you, this is one of the best restaurants in South Florida. It's the only restaurant where I do To-Gos, since both the appetizer and entree are filling. The aura is classy, nightlife dinner. From the seats, the tables, the bag rack, I feel like I am eating amongst princes. Lastly, staff are very caring and smooth. From constant check-ups, water refills, meal feedback, and seating. The attitude is huge for me. I can't eat at a place where I am not welcome. I feel at home at CVI.CHE 105.

Emilio, our server, provided exceptional recommendations. The Red Snapper was outstanding. The ambiance was delightful. Despite an initial reservation discrepancy, where we had requested a table for two instead of five, the staff promptly and efficiently accommodated our party, even during a peak service period. We highly recommend this establishment.

The ceviches were 🔥—super fresh and the flavors were on point at first, but after a few bites they kinda started tasting the same. The rice risotto was top-notch, easily one of the best things we had. The fish and steak were just okay. The steak was cooked well, but flavor-wise it was pretty mid—nothing that stood out. The fried snapper was decent—crispy and would go well with a beer. The octopus had good flavor, but my friend thought it was too chewy. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Service was attentive and actually funny—shoutout to Luis, he made it fun. We had a really good time here

First time to this restaurant. Absolutely amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere. I had the Pasta Orgia De Mariscos. It was awesome to the last bite. It was the recommendation of our server Romina who was very friendly and helpful. Romina you are Awesome and if I'm back in Miami I'm coming back for more recommendations. Great job tonight appreciate you.
