Excellent, period. Impeccable attention to detail, staff was superb. I’ve been to almost ALL of the Michelin restaurants in Miami and I have to say, this one is particular, especially for those who actually / truly enjoy fine dining. I was blown away, my only regret is that I wish I had more room to finish all of it as I was full towards the end and I was kicking myself. Enjoy the pictures, they don’t get the hype they deserve. Logan, Vladimir, and Sevanna wow such an incredibly young crew and so talented.

WOW. If you appreciate fine dining, inventive flavor combinations, culinary design, excellent service, and value - Tambourine Room should be at the top of your list. Chef Logan has clearly already mastered the elusive balance between delicate, fresh flavors coupled with rich, bold touches throughout the menu. His creations are truly culinary art and each course was more exciting than the last. There is a clear focus on seasonality and sustainability, and it's clear Chef Logan puts his heart into the menu and the entire experience. The pastry chef (whose name I can't recall but who is a master at her craft!), Chef Justin and Vlad exercised such attention to detail and care over each and every dish. The experience was beyond elevated - it was magnificent. The wine pairing (which I highly recommend) highlighted unique offerings which paired delightfully with each course, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail experience to start (don't slep on the gin sour offering!). I might add that the team is extremely attentive and caring to allergy and dietary restrictions. This restaurant deserves Michelin-level attention and then some. I came about a year ago and returning felt like an entirely new (and even better, if that's achievable) experience due to the ever evolving menu. And they are still just getting started! Chef Logan is "one to watch" and I cannot wait to return soon.

I had an amazing dinner at Tambourine room. This place is something magical. Small room, discrecy and a menue which is worth more than one Michelin star. All dishes are perfectly cooked and taste like pure joy. 23 year old chef Logan McNeil is a talent, America can be proud of. I definitelly come back to have again such an experience!

We had the immense pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday at Tambourine, and it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, thanks to our fantastic server, Vladimir. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel truly cherished throughout the evening. We were very lucky to have a personal experience as we the only ones there for the evening and that in itself was incredible. The six-course tasting menu was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was a stunning work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The wine pairings were expertly chosen, perfectly complementing every course and elevating the entire dining experience to new heights. We will be talking about the shrimp, halibut and desserts for a very long time; truly culinary masterpieces! Tambourine is a culinary jewel in Miami, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to indulge in some of the finest dining, this Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute must-visit! In fact, this place deserves a second Michelin star.

An exquisite and intimate meal. I've seen negative reviews that complained about pacing and value. I dispute both. I found the time in the antechamber for a couple of bites and a cocktail was pleasant. In the dining room, the chefs plate the foods in front of the diners, so although I was eating solo, I thought there was plenty to keep me occupied. The courses flowed at a good pace. The food was $195. That included two small bites in the antechamber, 7 courses on the menu in the dining room, a few surprise courses, a glass of champagne (not prosecco or cava, the real stuff), and a gift to take home. Every bite was special. They were kind enough to accommodate my dislike of tomatoes. I noted that the other party had a couple of restrictions (one preference and one allergy) that the staff was also attentive to. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Each course is served and presented by the chefs. The dining room only seats 12. The night I dined, it was me plus another party of 7. It really felt more like a high end dinner party than eating at a restaurant. I will go back!
