Poetry night was well worth the drive. The event was epic and so vibrant! This 3as ny first time to the ground but it wont be my last. It was freezing after a while so I will keep that in mind aside from that I think the music and ambiance were great. Parking is everywhere . I parked 2 blocks away and walked over in a short stride. Nice space welcoming staff no wait

Super awesome and a good place to go out for an event. Sound and stage is great! Crowds can be a little chaotic but you definitely feel like you’re in a chill and safe environment. Food is very expensive and drinks are priced as expected, but good vibes all around. Definitely worth coming back.

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL DO NOT GO TO THE BACKROOM WITH SECURITY - I advise to take a break in the bathrooms where there is plenty of seating. Also, bring some type of fan with you in here to be prepared for how hot it gets. It's so sad that we trusted the employees to voluntarily get my sister a soda and let her have a seat in a cool room when she was feeling too hot in the main room (DUE TO THE LACK OF AIR in the building). Mind you we were originally backstage where it was spacious and not that many people. Once she was feeling better and cooled down they said anyone who comes back here has to go immediately no matter how they are feeling now, and they also said there is no convincing that you can do or anyone that can come help rescue us. They seemed so helpful initially, but as soon as we left the rooms they were very disrespectful and didn't care what happened to us. They claimed to know more about how my sister was feeling than she did. On top of everything, they made us miss our friend's entire dj set that we were looking forward to for months and our other friends had to come out early to meet us too. Unfortunately, if it weren't for that AWFUL and DECEIVING experience with the workers I would have had raving reviews.....

Heading to The Ground Miami feels like being in on a local secret: you’re close to the action, immersed in music until your bones hum. It’s bold, it’s alive, and it doesn’t pretend to be anything more than a killer live music venue—and it nails that every night.

Great venue. Sound quality is solid. It's a nice intimate room. If you can and everyone is willing, splurge a table. It'll be worth it.
