Stopped by at 2:30 after lunch nearby, it was busy and was an hour+ wait for a table BUT we just got some baked goods and espresso to go and that was very quick, they have a great selection of everything you can imagine as well as good coffee and beverage choices. It was bustling and fun to watch. A great stop for some desserts or breads. Almond croissant was really good, as were the flourless chocolate almond cookies, coconut macaroons and rugelach. Highly recommend! Prices very fair for high quality.

Zach the Baker in Wynwood is one of those places that actually lives up to the hype. The food was amazing, but what really stood out was the people who work there. They weren’t just friendly and nice, they were welcoming, sweet, and so good at giving recommendations. Wesley and Gabby were the ones who helped me this time, and they were truly outstanding. It really feels like a neighborhood-oriented bakery, the kind of place you want to become a regular at. Definitely coming back. Plus, they love animals, which makes it even better.

The hype is well-earned for Zak The Baker. Food is baked fresh in front of your eyes; menu has variety; staff is friendly & helpful; food has high-quality ingredients and prepared artfully; open kitchen design. Crowds form fast here (book reservations well in advance if you want a table). Seating for approx 50 people indoors & 20 people outdoors. The line often spills out onto the sidewalk. Kosher certified. Located smack in the center of the Wynwood Art District (approximately 20 minutes drive from the beach). After eating here, cross the street diagnolly to visit a super-cool car & guitar museum-like store.

What a beautiful find in Wynwood. I've dined at many kosher establishments and also many farm to tables. Never found a combination of the two but at Zaks they perfected the concept of doing both! The food tasted delicious and fresh. Incredible fish sandwich on a fantastic roll! Our server was attentive and friendly too. You could tell this is a quality bakery that cares about it's customers. We even bought a tote and babka as gift to bring home from our trip to Miami. Much love to Zak and the staff for their creative delicious eatery!!!!

Amazing! The food was so beyond fresh, beautifully prepared and plated to perfection. The baked bread and bagels ,cakes, cookies, and cinnamon buns were beyond! Cheese sandwich with tomato soup was out of this world along with the Nova platter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
