When I arrived, I had to queue outside for about 10 minutes. After that, I was asked to wait upstairs and spent another 5 minutes on the first floor before being seated. Unfortunately, the waiting didn’t end there. After sitting down, no one came to take my order for around 20 minutes. Once I ordered, the starter arrived after about 30 minutes. In total, I waited nearly an hour from arrival to receiving food. There was also a gap of about 10 minutes between the starter, main course, and dessert. No bread or water was offered during the wait, which made the experience feel even longer. The ambience by the window is actually very nice and pleasant, which makes the setting enjoyable. To be fair, the food itself was good and the prices were very reasonable. However, the service was disappointing. Some of the staff appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Because of the long waiting times and the service attitude, I don’t think I would visit again.

For lunch, we ordered two appetizers and a main course each. My favorite was the Snails in Parsley Butter, which was delicious without being too salty. The Medallion of Block of Duck Foie Gras with Smoked Salt was also alright. The beef and salmon were seasoned in typical French restaurant style. The food was reasonably priced, and I would definitely visit again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Flawless! A Lifesaver of a Meal After a truly terrible experience at another restaurant earlier in the day, our moods were incredibly low. Thankfully, we decided to visit Bouillon Pigalle, and it completely turned our entire day around! We arrived between 5:30 and 6:00 PM just before the dinner rush, and because it wasn't too busy yet, we were seated almost immediately. From that moment on, everything was perfection. The food was absolutely delicious and hit every single mark: - French Onion Soup: Rich, comforting, and topped with a gorgeous, perfectly melted layer of cheese. - Caramelized Pork: Wonderfully tender, savory, and packed with incredible flavor, served alongside a mountain of crispy fries. - Crème Brûlée: The ideal finale, featuring a beautifully shattered caramelized sugar crust and a rich, smooth custard base. As incredible as the food was, the outstanding service is what truly stole the show. We need to give massive props to Loïs. She’s an absolute superstar! She was a total breath of fresh air. Her friendly, deeply positive energy completely lifted our spirits. She was constantly checking in on us, making sure we were perfectly taken care of, and genuinely making us feel welcome. Bouillon Pigalle delivered the ultimate dining experience right when we needed it most. We love it so much that we are absolutely going back one more time before we head home. Don't hesitate, just go!

I went to Pigalle to try this restaurant as locals recommend it as it is very affordable compared to those other Buillion places. It was busy for a late afternoon but they quickly accomodated me. I ordered Onion Soup for a starter. It was served quick, warm and flavourful. Next is Steak and Frites. However, i find the meat really tough and hard to slice and chew. Creme Brulee is a must to try and i’ll order it over and over again. It is so smooth, buttery and the sweetness is not overpowering which i love. All in all, it is worth the try.

Nothing but praise for this place! Amazing food, great service, extremely organized, affordable and overall fantastic. We went there two days in a row ordering starters, main courses and desserts. Never disappointed.
