Reviews from Google
We stopped by Chez Alain Miam Miam and it was easy to see why it’s so popular. The sandwiches were fresh and satisfying, and the atmosphere was lively. One of the best parts of the experience was the owner, who was there in person and very friendly with customers. Overall, a great place for a quick meal and a spot I would happily visit again.
I don’t know why there are one star reviews. They offer great range of sandwiches. And it’s basically build your own sandwich. I loved their cheese and their meat. We got our bread toasted and it tasted so fresh. The service is outstanding and the sandwich is totally worth the hype. They make you taste cheeses beforehand. Joint seating inside thou.
We had two different kinds of sandwiches and sweet and savory crepes. All delicious and fresh. The meats & cheeses were scrumptious. we liked the avocado as a topping option without having to pay extra. We beat the lunch rush, which was nice because it’s a tight fit in there. But the place is run efficiently and they were pretty friendly overall. Definitely worth trying.
Not worth the hype. We went there in May on a weekday at 2 pm. The line took around 40 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get our food. We chose to sit inside. The tables were jammed together and uncomfortably crowded. One of the sandwiches was so burnt that we had to ask for a new one. The sandwich was tastier than a simple baguette and cheese, but despite all the ingredients, it lacked flavor. The mushrooms, cooked onions, and avocado tasted completely bland. The pastrami sandwich was good, but neither worth the price nor the wait time.
It was fine - not worth the hype honestly. There was long queue but it moves fast. We had to wait for 30 min around lunch time. The sandwich was not great thought - it was too much cheese and too much onion taste. Honestly I would have loved going somewhere else and have a nice sandwich. Although the service was great.
