Hands down one of the best cocktail experiences. Everything was blended so well and captured the taste of French cuisine. Well deserved top 50 bars ranking. Staff were very attentive and professional. We tried Tarte Tatin, Ratatouille, Le Parisien, Paris Brest, Ide Fix, Terminal 2F. All of them so unique and well balanced, it makes you wonder how they managed to combine all the flavours so well, while making it taste like a real deal. I’m writing this review more than a month after the visit, and I can still recall the taste of each cocktail (in a good way!), which is a testament to how well made they are. Definitely will come back next time I’m in Paris.

Easy to see why this is in the top bars 2025, they feature an excellent rotating menu of thematic and amazing crafted drinks. We happened to visit when they were doing a France theme for their around the world visits at the end of the year which was perfect for me as a first time Paris visitor. My French partner said they nailed the French classics such as a Tarte Tatin and Paris Brest in drink format. The savory ratatouille was really interesting too. These drinks may not be here if you see this later than January 2026 since they change menus. We walked in for 2 on a Monday around 7pm with no wait. To get inside you have to walk through the restaurant into the back. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, our host walked us through the menu and struck up conversation.

An exceptional cocktail experience at Danico. The drinks were creative, perfectly balanced, and absolutely deserving of their place among the World’s 50 Best Bars. We tried the Tarte Tatin, Ratatouille, Le Cocktail du Moment, and a Basil Smash every cocktail was outstanding and memorable in its own way. The service inside the bar was also exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Th only small downside was the communication with the staff at the door, which could have been a bit warmer and clearer. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate high-level cocktails.

Atmosphere: 8/10 Located inside Galerie Vivienne in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement, Danico sits behind Daroco restaurant — a moody, stylish hideaway with dim lighting and chill energy. The interior blends velvet textures, marble, and mirrored surfaces, putting the bar and backbar at the visual center. Music volume is comfortable, matching the laid-back yet refined vibe. Seating includes bar counter seats, small tables, and a second level overlooking the action. Drinks: 9/10 Recommendation: Torito De Pucara The menu is travel-themed, inspired by Nico de Soto’s global experiences. Cocktails are creative, cohesive, and well-executed. Glassware and presentation are above average, garnishes align with the concept, and overall visual detail is thoughtful. Service: 8.5/10 Water served on arrival. Team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations not required - but expect some wait time during rush hours. Prices are above average for Paris.
