The quality of the oysters on offer is excellent. However, it is surprising that out of five varieties listed, the restaurant did not have its “best selection” available, explained by very limited supply and quick sell-outs — particularly disappointing given that many previous reviews specifically praise those oysters. Service feels rather flat and disengaged, with a waiter who appeared unmotivated. The atmosphere is further cooled by the noticeably low temperature in the dining room; heating was only turned on once a group of eight guests arrived. The restaurant itself is very small and somewhat cramped, and I did not even notice a restroom — nor did I feel inclined to ask. In summary, the food quality is undeniably strong, but a series of small details significantly detracts from the overall experience.

Not sure why there were a few bad comments on service. We had a very pleasant experience here. The table was confirmed in our first visit before the shop opened at 1830, n we seated in a nice table after 1830. The gentleman tried to explain urchin & oysters in Cantonese haha reli surprising ;) having either one glass / one bottle are all of your preference~ it’s the best oyster place in Paris, so bon appetite ^v^

Visited on my birthday without a reservation and was lucky to be seated right away. The experience exceeded all expectations! The food was unforgettable. The oysters and caviar were so good I’m still thinking about them. I would return to Paris just for those oysters.

Loved Huiterie Regis. Small and intimate, fantastic and attentive service and the good was outstanding. We tried several types of oysters amd loved every one of them. Crevettes, Sea urchin, foie gras....all spectacular. And they sure know their champagne and wine that goes with oysters. Will for sure be back.

These are the best oysters I’ve had in Paris. I’ve never seen such an incredible variety combined with this level of freshness. The wine selection is outstanding, with excellent prices, and the desserts are just as impressive. If you’re looking to enjoy truly great oysters, this is the place to come.
