French cuisine pushed to perfection! Our experience was flawless at Plenitude: fabulous menu (the sauces!), great team, emblematic location in the center of Paris. Highly recommended!
A gorgeous journey of discovery, awakening, seduction and tantalising our senses with a myriad of dishes accompanied with amazing sauces for practically each dish by the artistic hands of Arnaud & his creative team. This experience was further enhanced by the excellent service of Cami, Tash, Chloe, just to name a few that was orchestrated seamlessly. Privileged to see the kitchen crew in action when we were ushered to a private booth for our palate cleanser. Highlight for me was the unveiling of the secret cheese wall filled with vintage Terre de Fer especially the ‘Samaritane’ plates. To end this beautiful meal, we were escorted to the roof top of the Cheval Blanc hotel to soak in the magical view of River Seine and the majestic Eiffel Tower. Truly a memorable celebration.
Unforgettable experience Everything was so thoughtful and perfect. There are small touches that make a difference like extra sauces, visiting the kitchen, the decorations. One of the best places in Paris- worth a trip!
We dined at this restaurant last night and while the food itself was good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We made this reservation last year specifically to celebrate my 40th birthday, and clearly communicated this in advance. It was one of the main reasons we planned our trip to Paris, with this restaurant being a key part of that plan. We also made a special request and reconfirmed it again during the phone call we received on the day. Despite all of this, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of my birthday. Not even something as simple as a candle. I was deeply disappointed, and what should have been a very special evening turned into an upsetting one. To make matters worse, there were also repeated mistakes with our dietary requests. Dairy and non-dairy dishes were served incorrectly between me and my husband multiple times, which is quite concerning at this level of restaurant. What made the situation even more upsetting was that we saw another table being celebrated with a cake and candles during our dinner. It was difficult to understand why our clearly communicated request had been completely overlooked. We had a wonderful experience on our previous visit, which is why we chose to come back for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, this time it left us shocked and disappointed.
We had an exceptional experience at Plénitude. We made a reservation at Plénitude one year ago and have been looking forward to this date since. I am so thankful that this blew every expectation that we could have out of the water. The chef, the culinary team, and the hospitality team are at the top of their game and showcased a true passion for creative, delicious food, thoughtful service, and exquisite details. We were brought to tears a few times during the meal and can only describe this as the best fine dining experience that we have had. We also were provided different wine pairings for each person which were perfectly suited, and the sommelier (Gabriel) did a beautiful job of explaining to us how each wine would work with each course. Merci à toute l’équipe de Plénitude pour une soirée magnifique !!
