This place was recommended by an Uber driver when I asked him where to get cacio e pepe. Man, this is the best meal I had so far in Rome. The server Joppy recommended the beef roll and the artichoke. They don't look much, but the first bite will put you in paradise. The umami from the beef roll and the tomato sauce is incredible. Then, the artichoke is a good pair to the strong flavor of the beef roll. The artichoke in extra olive oil was light but equally flavorful. I came here for the cacio e pepe, which was very good, but I was surprised with two very amazing dishes. This meal was amazing! The server Joppy is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

A good restaurant tucked away from the main road but highly sought out by both locals and tourists. Their outdoor seating is comfortable unless another diner seated close by decides to start smoking a cigar! But the food was good

Truly a destination for Roman pastas. Go for Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara. Excellent handmade tonarelli and very generous portions. Service can be improved but the food makes up for it. Do not miss the tiramisu, one of the best things they have.

Super delicious, tasty, and creamy, something you won’t find anywhere else. The staff outside were fun, friendly, and very helpful. Sadly, I forgot their names, but they definitely made the experience even better.

Our first night in to Rome and we could only get a 3 PM reservation, because of the time difference it was perfect. The food was exceptional. The staff made us feel right at home and I would say it was the best meal of the trip so far and we’ve had many. I would recommend this Restuarant to all my foodies five star. Make sure you get the pasta dish called casa de Pepe!!
