Best steak and perfect service I've ever met in Rome! I ordered t-bone steak and Punggi mushroom, and it was a fantastic meal. The quality of the meat itself is so great that even if you eat the meat as it is without any other sauce, it is full of savory and flavor. Above all, the service here is touching. All the staff members were so well-mannered and gentle that they felt treated, especially friendly in Korean, that I was able to have a really comfortable and pleasant meal in an unfamiliar destination. The meticulous consideration of replacing the hot stone plate twice to keep the meat from cooling down while eating was also the best. Rather than pondering over the menu, I strongly recommend that you order the most recommended meats of the day and the right number of grams for your companion. If you come to Rome, I definitely want to visit again! And Mr.Carmine did a great service for us and so kindness

Overall, great experience. We got the Australian wagyu and we were impressed with the quality. Carmine was an excellent server. The restaurant is beautiful and the potatoes were excellent. However, the asparagus and corn were not cooked well. The asparagus was thin and soggy and the corn was a strange texture. Would recommend everything else.

The food was insanely good, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the meat in both the pasta and the tacos was incredibly tender. It’s extremely hard to choose a favorite dish. What I really loved was the fact that I was offered four different steak knives to choose from, it’s the first time I’ve ever seen that but such a nice touch. The service was excellent. Marco seemed like the perfect combination of taking great care of the guests while also giving them the privacy they need. For me, without any doubt, this is the best restaurant in Rome considering the food, the atmosphere, and the service.

One of the best restaurants i have visited worldwide! Not only the quality of their steaks were exceptional, but the starters, side dishes, desert, staff were everything 10/10! Special thanks to our waiter Domenico that was very helpful with everything! This is a restaurant you have to visit without hesitation!

As a solo walk-in, I was very pleased with my dining experience. The staff provided excellent service, notably addressing my worry about the large portions by presenting a Rib Eye Gold Plus (USA) steak already cut for a single serving. I requested a medium cook, which was executed perfectly. The meal was thoughtfully presented, allowing me to choose my knife, and included a cold cube of butter to melt over the top, along with tartar sauce. My side of Ornelli potato salad was also delicious. While the steak was quite expensive at €90, the large portion justified the cost, and I enjoyed every bite. Complimentary raspberry chocolates concluded the meal. This steak now holds a spot in my top five meals, comparable to Don Julio Buenos Aires that I visited in Feb 2023. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again when I am next in Rome.
