Lots great moments in an around this magical church. 1978..1979 my friend was the organ master.
A brick gothic cathedral. On one of the chapels there is a 13th-century baptismal font, supposed where Copernicus was baptised, a 16th-century epitaph to him, and 18th-century monument. You can go to to top of the tower.
It a very beautiful and giant church in Poland. And the views from it tower are amazing. I’m highly recommend to include this location to must visit places in Torun
The most famous church in Toruń. This impressive Gothic church features stunning architecture and beautiful stained glass windows.
It’s free. It has some frescoes and a couple of stained glass (information only in polish). At the time of mi visit, November 2024, the tower was closed.
