Bez Gwiazdek delivered a very pleasant evening overall. The food was good with some interesting flavours, though it didn’t fully wow me. Presentation was excellent and the service was great throughout. It’s definitely a place for people comfortable spending a fair amount. One thing I wouldn’t order again is the tea-Prosecco drink — it was fairly underwhelming.

Tried the non-vegetarian tasting menu here. Thought the dinner as a whole was excellent. It was very vegetable-centric but all the flavours were excellent. While it may not be for everyone's palate, I really appreciated the focus on Polish cuisine. Service was great and attentive throughout.

Ate at Benz Gwiazdek on my second last night in Warsaw. The food was excellent and other than a slight miscommunication due to my lack of Polish the service was very good. I’ve taken two stars off because at their price point, I expect many of the tasting menu dishes to wow me. Only one or two did (the pumpkin 3 ways was amazing). By “wow”, I mean you slow down eating, take smaller bites, making the dish last as long as possible. Where the dish is an experience. The dishes here were well cooked, great ingredients, but not many elevated themselves to that higher level. Whereas I ate at Fino in Gdansk two nights earlier and almost every (a la carte) dish and taster did so, for much less cost. Additionally, Bez Gwiazdek had extras in Caviar and truffles with several dishes. These not only added significantly to the cost if adopted, but really raise the question which dish is the chef’s vision? After paying for the tasting menu, am I not getting their vision? Or is the extra cost moving you away from it? Overall, I walked away with no desire to return. I didn’t bother sending pictures to friends and family. Which shouldn’t be the case at that price point.

The menu was a wonderful experience for us French cuisine lovers. We came looking for something different from what we usually eat in France—and we found it! The mix of acidity and sweetness was a completely new taste sensation, giving the dishes a truly local character. All the herbs and flowers come straight from the small garden behind the restaurant, adding freshness and charm. The crayfish had such an intense flavor, it’s something we’ll remember for a long time. Kudos to the highly professional kitchen and service teams. We wholeheartedly recommend Bez Gwiazdek for a long, delicious, and memorable dinner!

Had a fantastic dinner here a few days ago. The tasting menu provided a great selection of dishes that I understand are modern twists on local ingredients and traditional food. The dishes look beautiful and are very well made, some are "only" good and some were really superb. The overall experience, also considering the excellent service, is of very fine dining.
